"Waited days and still didn’t get help"
I reached out about an issue with my account earlier in the week and figured I’d hear back within a day or so. Instead, I got one automated email quickly, then spent the next few days checking my inbox with no real update.
By the time the weekend came around, I was just frustrated because I only needed a simple answer. Maybe the service works fine for other people, but based on my experience, the support felt way too slow

"Account eligibility feels random"
My account eligibility feels random. The credit limit they gave me is way too low, and when I reached out to support, it felt like I was just getting copy-paste answers that didn’t really address my situation. Frustrating overall

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
The payment part kept acting weird, and it took way longer than it should have. The whole checkout process just wasn’t smooth, at all, it got annoying.

"Billing felt confusing and the fees weren’t clear"
I had a frustrating experience with the billing. The fees were never really explained clearly, so I kept feeling like I didn’t know what I was actually being charged for. On top of that, I had to go through verification more than once, which got annoying fast. It just made the whole process feel more complicated than it needed to be.

"Refund issue still isn’t resolved"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and reaching out to support didn’t really get me anywhere. To be fair, they did respond, but I didn’t feel like anything actually moved forward or got resolved
